This blend is one of Buddy's regularly drunk blends. Taken for the week before your period is due. It can help to take the edge of the pain & the mood swings as well as help regular hormones. The herbs contain natural antispasmodic, anti inflammatories and antioxidants to support you during your cycle. 

Dream: 

Lavender, mugwort, lemon balm, chamomile & a touch of rose

The blend was mixed with the intention of facilitating happy lucid dreams and a good night's sleep. Calming the mind, body and soul ready for bedtime. 

 30gs per pack. Each pack. Obtains 3-4 large compostable natural teabags ideal for teapots. 

And an oxygen eater sachet. Do not eat this sachet. Reseal after each use
