🥧Dank's Pies (looooool*). Homemade sourdough Shortcrust pies. Made by Buddy.
Current flavours available:
-Mushroom, Leek & Pearl Wen. 12cm
-Spiced Apple Pies (15cm)(organic apples from our garden, preserved from last summer. Contains raisins)Â
-Lamb & Mint (local lamb from crymch & Buddy's own grown mint.) No potato filler, just lamb, lamb stock, carrots, celery, onion & herbs. High grade only. 12cm
Bake in preheated oven at 220° for 20-30mins until golden brown & piping hot in the middle. 12cm pie.
(*My dogs name is Dank the Tank, more commonly referred to as Pie Face so a range of Pies named after the fatty doo doo was inevitable )
Mush, Leek & Pearl Wen, Ingredients: Mushrooms, leeks, white onion, garlic, organic whole milk, double cream, cheddar cheese, Pearl Wen, bay leaves, thyme, sage, Knorr liquid stock pots (celery), salt & pepper.Â
Spiced Apple Pie ingredients:Â organic apples, raisins, brown sugar, white flour, organic cane sugar, salted butter, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, salt, salted butterÂ
Steak & Ale Pie:Â Diced steak chunks, red onion, peppermint chard greens, mushroom, double dragon ale, oregano, thyme, Italian giant parsley, garlic, mustard seeds, bay leaves, knots chicken stock, black pepper, salt, salted butter
Lamb & Mint: Diced Lamb, onion, celery, garlic, fresh rosemary, mint, thyme, parsley, roasted chicken stock (roast chicken, salt, pepper, oregano, butter), salted butterÂ
