16/02 SAT Sourdough Loaf

This is for bread collected on Saturday 9th May from the shop collection area. 

Buddys Sourdough loaf is made with organic flour. White bread flour with a kick or Rye starter. Approx 600-700g per loaf. Small batch & hand made. 

  **SPICED FRUIT TIN LOAVES ARE PREDORDER ONLY. ORDERS MUST BE IN BY 8.30AM ON THURSDAY BEFORE 

Ingredients: Organic white wheat Flour (with calcium carbonate nicotinamide, iron & thiamine, not organic), filtered water, sourdough starter (flour & water), natural sea salt

Allergens: wheat/cereal/gluten
