11/10 SAT Sourdough Loaf

This is for bread collected on Saturday 11th October from the shop collection area. COLLECTIONS MUST BE COLLECTED BY 4PM ON ST MICHAELMAS FAYRE WEEKEND 

Buddys Sourdough loaf is made with organic flour. White bread flour with a kick or Rye starter. Approx 600-700g per loaf. Small batch & hand made. 

  **Inclusions/flavours must be ordered by 2pm the day before collection before the loaves are portioned, shaped & put in the fridge. They will be be able to be added after

Ingredients: Organic white wheat Flour (with calcium carbonate nicotinamide, iron & thiamine, not organic), filtered water, sourdough starter (flour & water), natural sea salt
