10/10 FRI Sourdough Loaf

This is for bread collected on Friday 10th October from the shop collection area. COLLECTIONS MUST BE COLLECTED BY 4PM ON ST MICHAELMAS FAYRE WEEKEND 

Buddys Sourdough loaf. White organic bread flour with a kick or Rye starter. Approx 600-700g per loaf. Small batch & hand made. 

Ingredients: Organic white wheat Flour (with calcium carbonate nicotinamide, iron & thiamine, not organic), filtered water, sourdough starter (flour & water), natural sea salt

Allergens: wheat/cereal/gluten
